Embrace Your Edge is about embracing practices which may not be easy or comfortable, but which ultimately help us feel more energised, connected and aligned with who we are.

As women, so much of our energy and focus goes to others: work, family, friends, partners, kids, the list goes on…!

With so much going on in both in our own lives and the world around us it can be challenging to create time and space for ourselves.

Sometimes, doing the uncomfortable starts simply with carving out time to prioritize ourselves. I can help you take care of the rest.

It’s not possible to do it all, all the time. Finding balance is never a matter of 50-50. Some days we need more rest, some days we need to challenge ourselves, and other times we need to play, laugh, and have fun, and everything in between and beyond.

Embrace Your Edge is all about simple, effective and smart yoga and movement practices that can have a profound effect on health and wellness.

Yoga is, essentially, about being a decent human being. Both to ourselves and the world around us.

Yoga comes from the Sanskrit, Yuj, meaning to join or unite. Where there is unity, connection, harmony, and balance there is yoga.

I fundamentally believe that the more people there are that practice yoga,

not just on the mat - but in their lives - the better this world will be. :)
